MUD Academy 2-Day Intensive Make-Up Workshop

The MUD Academy Program in Makeup Artistry is dedicated to excellence in educating and training make-up artists within you, weather you seek to enhance your personal life or prepare for a career in make-up artistry. The MUD Academy invites you to enroll in the 2-Day Makeup class for a chance to learn personal makeup skills, or to enhance your professional makeup skills

Beginning May 14 to May 20 2012, the MUD Academy will be offering its annual 2-day Intensive Make-Up Workshop at the MUD Studio in Lekki. This intensive course will include fashion, bridal, runway and casual makeup. The course has been designed for seasoned makeup artists looking to enhance and expand their current skill sets AND beginners looking to learn specific makeup techniques either for personal use, or for business purposes. The course will be offered in two (2) different session each day, 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.

Each student will be entitled to 2 days workshop. The sessions will be held as follows:

• May 14 – May 15
• 10am – 1pm
• 2pm – 5pm
• May 16 – May 17
• 10am – 1pm
• 2pm – 5pm
• May 17 – May 18
• 10am – 1pm
• 2pm – 5pm
• May 18 – May 19
• 10am – 1pm
• 2pm – 5pm
• May 19
• 10am – 1pm
• May 19 – May 20
• 2pm – 5pm
• 1pm – 5pm (Only 1 class will be held on Sunday May 20 and this will be for students who started on Saturday May 19 @ 2pm)

Students should note that new sessions would only be held on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday of which the concluding sessions would be Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday respectively. Students who start on Friday May 18 at both the 10am and 2pm classes will conclude their workshop on Saturday May 19 at the 10am – 1pm class. The 2pm – 5pm class on Saturday, May 19 will be a new session that will end on Sunday May 20 from 1pm – 5pm.

This intensive workshop will cover

• Foundation Application and Color Analysis
• Shadow Application and Blending
• Eyebrow Grooming (Filling, Waxing, and Tweezing)
• New Trends in Gele Tying

Students will be provided with practice kits during the course except brushes. All students are expected to come along with their brushes or buy at the MUD Studio
